Use & Care
Instructions
· Because of extreme weakness in the Ninco power base system only connect or
disconnect these controllers with the power disconnected from the terminal
track.
· This controller is wired for negative polarity track wiring configurations.
With the Ninco standard terminal track the controller will operate properly only
with the car moving from right to left. Addition of the optional polarity switch
system is required to allow for proper operation with the standard terminal
track if left to right car movement is required. With the Ninco dual power base
either direction of movement is possible without installation of the polarity
switch.
· Caution ! : Wires on the circuit board may be very sharp and can cause injury
if handled with the external housing removed

Regular
maintenance
· Clean wiper button with 400 - 500 grit emery paper (slide paper under wiper)
· Clean brass contacts using 600 - 800 grit emery paper (carefully remove all
brass dust)
· Oil the trigger pivot bushing (top & bottom) with a light machine oil
