This is for Carrera 1/32 or 1/24 vehicles from 2005 that already have an LED lighting system in the cars. With this extension kit continuous "permanent" lighting is made from the normal Carrera lights that go out quickly when the car deslots or there is no power.  In addition this extends the life span of the LEDs in the car substantially. This kit cannot be extended with auxiliary headlights or any interior lighting, but that can be done if the ODXD1 is used.
