Online Shopping : Our online shop can accept American Express, Discover, VISA and MasterCard credit cards SAFELY 24 hours/day using Secure Socket Layer (SSL encrypted 128 bit) programming methods. International orders , as well as domestic USA, orders are welcome using this system. Orders from some countries such as Nigeria, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia can not be accepted because of rampant credit card fraud in those areas. ALL ORDERS are subject to a requirement that the credit card must be issued in the country where the goods are being shipped with the only exception to that policy being preapproval and status as a long term customer. Final cost of any order placed using online shopping will be determined after we verify that the merchandise is available for your order and shipping costs are calculated. If using payment methods other than credit cards, we will contact you via email with final charges so that payment may be arranged. Our normal policy will be to ship available merchandise and in general we do not keep track of items you order if not in stock (please reorder later when stock status indicates in stock). If a substantial portion of your order is not in stock we will contact you via email & we may delay shipping as a result.

Alternate Ordering : If the online ordering system is not working for you (the current system does not support MAC PCs with some versions of their OS) please email us quantities, part numbers and description of all items and planned method of payment. Please include an address to allow calculation of shipping and a phone number and time you can be reached for possible questions. We would NOT recommend using email to send us confidential credit card information, please phone or fax us the credit card information (number, type of card, expiration date, name on card, CVV 3 digit code, billing address) and we will keep it on file for you.
Michigan Residents : will be charged 6% Michigan sales tax on online or other purchases.
