Professor Motor 1/8" (3.2mm) x 3/16" (4.76mm) OIL RESERVOIR flanged axle "Oilite" bushings - Unique Design - PATENT PENDING

These high tech OIL RESERVOIR bushings are MADE IN THE USA and use the best quality SAE Grade oil impregnated self lubricating sintered BEARING BRONZE material. The sintering process to make these bushings creates microscopic voids when the material is pressed in the mold that is then impregnated with oil in a vacuum displacement process. This oil is held in suspension until the bushing becomes warm from operation releasing the lubricant on demand. These bushings are also made with a unique stepped inside bore that is designed to hold applied lubricants with the surface tension on the lube between the bushing wall and the axle which can then feed the bushing land for further reduction in parasitic drag and friction. The axle bore in these bushings is manufactured to HIGH PRECISION tolerances and is a superb fit to the 1/8" axle. And finally, a speed ring is incorporated on the face of the bushing to reduce friction associated with rotating components thrust against the bushing surface.
