Dynamic Inline 16D/13D complete NOS Die Cast Chassis 1/32 or 1/24 - Works with 3/16" (4.76mm) post guide flag
Original 1960's vintage Dynamic brand adjustable wheelbase universal slot car chassis - NOS (New Old Stock), Unused, MINT Condition - This chassis is designed for inline applications of can drive Mabuchi 16D or 13D (smaller) motors and it can easily adapt to C-Can or D-Can more modern motors as are used today - This chassis was originally designed for 1/8" (3.2mm) plain or #5-40 threaded axles. The rear bushings could be pressed out and ball bearings or other bushings put in place to adapt to 3/32" rear axles if desired - The guide flag holder can be shortened with an abrasive cutoff wheel in a Dremel (be sure to wear eye protection) so that the chassis could be used for 1/32 scale cars as well as 1/24 scale cars. The versatility of these chassis made them a huge hit back in the day. Many experienced racers added brass floppy outrigger pans to these to even create better performance like the Pro masterpieces you would see in the Car Model or other slot magaznes.
