Our unique and "appropriate" technology provides a much broader range of control than any conventional resistor controller. The modular design concept we use allows you to add a wide range of upgrades and features to any controller. This new Platinum series has been by far the most successful controllers we ever made with and improvement in performance of 0.5 to 2.0 SECONDS PER LAP over the prior models has been experienced and as a result races all over the world have been won by these controllers ! All of these controllers contain exclusively self resetting all-electronic circuit breakers and we do not use unreliable FUSES that you will find in other brands.
Special Note : Professor Motor now specifies "Super Lube" as the preferred PTFE fortified lubricant for the rubbing contacts of the Platinum Series controllers. This lube is far superior to the previously recommended Tri-Flo lube. Super Lube is available in 2 size containers, please see the Tools Catalog for more information and follow the NEW instructions (click on the link for your control) for the required maintenance.
