Thank you for your interest in retailing Professor Motor Products & Product Lines we distribute
To qualify as a dealer of Professor Motor Products you will need to complete a dealer application form as shown under the "Dealer Program Link" page and submit for our review & approval prior to placing orders. In general we look for an established commercial business relationship with other major suppliers as the main qualification for becoming a dealer and a brick & mortar store front. Please fill out your application as completely as possible and be sure that all entries are eligible to help speed the application approval process. A copy of your Sales Tax License documentation (USA Applications) should also be provided at the time of your dealer application and current pictures of your store. We would recommend that your application be submitted through normal email.
The cars and parts available, current available inventory, suggested retail pricing and dealer discount of available merchandise we sell wholesale to dealers is shown in our web site online dealer ordering shopping cart system after your account is approved and your online account is activated as a dealer. If an item is not distributed by us that item will show with a $00.00 price if added to your shopping cart order and we will not be able to ship those items. Most merchandise is discounted to qualified dealers at the U.S. industry standard hobby store rate except as noted in this listing. Please contact Professor Motor Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have any questions or concerns with dealer ordering. There are no minimum order requirements. Detailed price lists in Excel format are available directly online to approved dealers.
Payments for Domestic Orders : Prepayment of invoices is required for all new dealers and we DO NOT ship COD. Prepayment methods may include VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card payments. Dealers may not use PayPal payment terms because of excessive fees without prior approval.
Payments for International Orders : Prepayment of invoices is required for international dealer orders. Prepayment methods may include direct bank wire transfer or credit card payments. Bank information to send wire transfers is available on request.
All dealer orders and preorders for merchandise not yet released will be placed using the online dealer ordering function of our new web site. If any questions or concerns about this process please email to : email@example.com Backorders for merchandise that we manufacture but needs to be built to your order or backorders for items we have previously distributed but are currently out of stock can be accomplished by one of two techniques : For small quantities please click on the item link that indicates "email me when back in stock" and then the system will generate an automatic email when merchandise is again in stock so you can reorder, or alternately if you need significant quantities please email your store name, quantities and part numbers desired to : firstname.lastname@example.org
All merchandise is FOB (Free On Board) Livonia, Michigan. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice for each order placed based on actual shipping costs, or in some cases estimated shipping costs will be assessed with adjustments made to correct charges to actual cost made on a subsequent invoice. Free shipping discounts are available for large volume orders over $500 dealer net shippable within the continental USA. The MGPS10AD power supply is always FOB Livonia MI and is not included in the $500 net free shipping totals of your orders, but this part can be drop shipped direct to your customer if needed.
Invoicing & Dealer Terms
Electronic copies of invoices are available from the online system when ordering or historical invoices may be retrieved by logging into your account. Please contact us for special arrangements if required. Dealer terms for are prepayment for Domestic or International accounts.
Dealer Terms of Trade
On a regular basis we will update and distribute contractual dealer terms of trade that must be signed and returned to continue in good standing as a Professor Motor INC Dealer.
Since merchandise is in many cases imported, prices are subject to change given currency fluctuations, duty rates and other vagaries of international commerce. We will make every effort, however, to maintain pricing as stable as possible to prevent that from being an issue for your business. All prices, in general, are subject to change without notice.
We intend to provide you superlative service and products at the most competitive prices possible. To us, our reputation and integrity in conducting business are absolutely critical. We will do everything in our power to satisfy your needs and we would appreciate your feedback if something ever gets in the way of your complete satisfaction.
